Thermal Massage Beds

This is a wonderful type of Thermal Acupressure Massage that promotes increased blood circulation, stimulates your body’s own healing power and relieves stress and fatigue.

For those of you unfamiliar with Thermal massage beds; it offers a gentle spinal decompression that also incorporates the likes of Acupressure, Massage and Heat Therapy.

The bed produces Radiant Far Infra-red rays, often called the ‘Good Light of Life’.
Far infra-red rays can penetrate deep into the body, stimulating circulation, detoxification and reducing muscular tension.
The Thermal massage beds use physical ‘Jade’ rollers to massage you from your head to the base of your the spine.

With this combination of modern technology and traditional eastern healing, you will begin to feel the jade rollers gently kneed out your built up muscular tension.

The Thermal Massage Bed will help to improve your circulation, improve your metabolism ( burn calories ), boost your bodies own healing power & immunity, while easing away aches and pains.

SUNSCREEN
USE YOUR SPF

UV rays – they’re everywhere! They can go through clothing,
windows, even clouds. They’re present in all weather conditions and reflect off
water, sand and snow, bouncing right back on to your skin! This means your skin
is exposed even when you think you’re safe.

Apply sunscreen everyday 20 minutes before going
outdoors, and reapply every two hours thereafter to protect from skin cancer,
premature aging, and skin pigmentation.

When you slather on the sunscreen, be sure you know your
numbers!

We recommend you wear a SPF 30 every day, and take note of
this helpful fact:

SPF30 = about 94% coverage

SPF45 = about 97% coverage

SPF50 = about 98% coverage

We love Collin Resultime SPF30. This anti-ageing sunscreen
treatment with Vitamin E, offers SPF30 with UVA/UVB filters. Its ultra-light
texture means it can be applied on its own or over your usual cream for daily
protection.

Skin Cancer Awareness

There’s non-melanoma skin cancer, also referred to as basal
or squamous cell carcinoma, which develops at the base or outer layers of the
skin on the ears, face, back of the legs, and other ultraviolet (UV) exposed
areas. It can grow fast or slow, but it rarely spreads.

Then there's Melanoma. This develops deeper in the skin and it can spread easily.

Know you moles - time to get serious about skin:

Learn your skins ABCs:

This is a handy way to identify the signs of skin cancer-

ASYMMETRICAL: irregularly shaped mole

BORDERS: the edges of the mole are uneven

COLOR: the mole is multi-colored

DIAMETER: the mole is larger in diameter than
6mm

EVOLVING: the mole has changed over time

FIRM: the mole is firmer than surrounding tissue

GROWING: the mole is gradually getting larger

You can lessen your risk of skin cancer by wearing sunscreen every day, come rain or shine
