For those of you unfamiliar with Thermal massage beds; it offers a gentle spinal decompression that also incorporates the likes of Acupressure, Massage and Heat Therapy.
The bed produces Radiant Far Infra-red rays, often called the ‘Good Light of Life’.

The Thermal massage beds use physical ‘Jade’ rollers to massage you from your head to the base of your the spine.

Is there a maximum or minimum age for using this equipment?
A: There is no suggested maximum age limit. We would recommend that the minimum age be 13 years. However please feel free to discuss individual cases with our staff
How long are treatments?
A: Our standard treatments are 40 minutes for thermal acupressure massages
Do I have to take my clothes off?
A: Not at all! Our Thermal Massage treatments are all done fully clothed.
Is Far-Infrared safe?
A: Absolutely! Far-Infrared light energy a safe form of energy and is highly beneficial.
Infrared light is not to be confused with the harmful ultraviolet rays (UV rays).
What must I do after the Thermal massage bed session?
A: After using the Thermal Massage bed session we encourage you to drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins, as the treatment helps to detoxify you.
I have chronic back problems; can I use your thermal massage bed?
A: Many regular users of Thermal massage beds have seen great improvement in back conditions, however if you have specific concerns or for serious back conditions, please consult your GP or health professional beforehand.
What if I am pregnant?
A: Thermal massage beds are not recommended for pregnant women. We strongly recommend you wait until after the birth, when massage would be great for recovery.
How often can I use the Thermal Massage bed?
A. When first starting to use it we recommend you allow at least two - three days between sessions; but once your body is use to the Thermal Massage Therapy then daily use is suggested.
I have a pacemaker, can I still use the Thermal Massage bed?
A. No, Thermal massage beds are not recommended for people with pacemakers.
